The College of Business and Behavioral Science, through the Spiro Center, is a member of the Entrepreneurial Research Consortium (ERC), a group of more than 20 universities and agencies in North America and Europe, including the Small Business Administration (SBA), University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), Syracuse, and Cornell. The ERC is conducting a large-scale systematic study of business start-ups including the personal factors and start-up strategies associated with success, and the economic and social impact of new start-ups.
