Enhanced Junior-Senior Programs (Website)

The New CBBS has the traditional Clemson small-college ambience with all the advantages of a leading national research university. CBBS has kept the best of the "old Clemson" while enhancing our college to prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century.

Student Professional Development Programs (Website)

The mission of the CBBS Student Professional Development Program Office (SPDP) is to cultivate students in the college to become effective leaders, entrepreneurs, and globally-competitive professionals through programs established by the College of Business and Behavioral Science and the university.

Programs include: ILEAD, Horizons, Leaders in the Classroom, Study Abroad Programs, Washington, DC Semester Programs, Internships and Career Advising.

Clemson Business Experience (Website)

The Clemson Business Experience offers freshman business majors a unique opportunity for success. Students accepted into the program live together in Benet Hall with Peer Advisors (upperclassmen majoring in Business) who offer support and guidance throughout the year. In addition, advisors from the Academic Advising Center hold advising sessions in the dorm The students take classes based on the Business Core Curriculum and are pre-enrolled in 10 hours for the fall and 3 to 6 hours in the spring semester. Community service and fund raising projects also foster the leadership and community outreach skills needed to succeed in business.

Clemson University China Program (Website)

The China Program will accomplish this mission by sponsoring and supporting academic and cultural events, student/faculty exchange activities, and scholarly research and teaching. The interdisciplinary nature of the Program’s activities will support the priorities of a wide range of academic departments, as well as Clemson University’s emphasis areas as established by the Board of Trustees, and encourage the participation of the business community and the community at large in the academic activities of the University.

Volunteer Tax Return Preparation Program (Website)

CBBS has partnered with the IRS to offer Volunteer Tax Return Preparation and free tax filing to low-income individuals, elderly, individuals with disabilities and those who practice English as a second language. Volunteers are needed to serve in a variety of roles. Informational sessions are planned for early November. Tax season runs from mid- January until April 15 each year.
