Leadership Through Applications
Application-based activities (in ovals in the framework diagram above) can also provide a meaningful way to understand how leadership skills can be developed through self-assessment and active participation in self-assessments and workshops , learning about one’s own strengths and weaknesses but also interacting and learning from others as well.
Leadership Through Knowledge
As illustrated by the rectangles in the above program framework diagram, learning opportunities consists of seminar attendance wherein experts in leadership will speak to participants about the latest trends in leadership theory as well as how leadership in practice often offers managerial and ethical challenges.
