Clemson Behavioral Science Experience - About CBSE

CBSE StudentsThe Clemson Behavioral Science Experience (CBSE) is a living learning community for entering freshman sociology, psychology, and political science majors. These students live together in Benet Hall and experience educational and extracurricular opportunities together.

This program also concentrates on easing the transition and adjustment from high school to college. Through this living learning program, students are able to create relationships that can hopefully last them throughout their years at Clemson University. Extra time and attention are given to the participants to ensure they have a successful first year experience at Clemson.

The students also live with a peer advisor and academic advisors are available in the residence hall on a weekly basis. All of the workshops and opportunities offered to these students are applicable to their educational and career goals. Their academic and professional goals are a focus throughout the year.
