Roth Invited to Speak at Kellogg Operations Workshop
Dr. Aleda Roth, Burlington Industries Professor of Supply Chain Management, was one of ten invited speakers to participate in the 2006 Kellogg Operations Workshop at Northwestern University. Her presentation, " From Observation to Theory in OM Empirical Science," was one of 10 by invited speakers from schools such as MIT, Wharton, Northwestern, UNC-Chapel Hill, Georgia Tech, Washington University, University of Florida, and the University of Utah). Sixty operations and supply chain faculty attended this invited workshop that focused on contemporary Operations Management/Supply Chain Management issues.
Additionally, Roth and Eve Rosenzweig of Emory University had their paper, "B2B Seller Competence: Construct Development and Measurement Using an Operations Strategy Lens," accepted for publication in the Journal of Operations Management.
