Graphics Faculty and Students Work on Clemson Book
Over the past year, the Department of Graphic Communications was involved in an effort to chronicle the history of the Clemson with local publishers Trent Allen and Kevin Bray. The result of this effort is a coffee table book entitled There’s Something in These Hills (Fort Hill Press) which was published in October 2006. With the consultation of Department Chair Sam Ingram and Associate Professor Eric Weisenmiller, undergraduate students Lucy Belcher, Caroline Brunson, and Laura Ogard were given the opportunity to work on a real-world publishing endeavor as they assisted with the layout and photographic editing of over 450 photographs included in the 192 page volume.
