Fine Wins Best Paper Award
Dr. Jeff Fine, along with coauthors Stephen Voss and James M. Avery, was awarded the 2006 Southern Political Science Association Pi Sigma Alpha Best Paper Award for their paper “Studying the Effects of Voter Turnout: Data and Measurement.” The award recognizes the best paper presented at the SPSA’s meeting.
