The
Master of Science in Management (MSM) program,
formerly called the Master of Science in Industrial Management,
is designed to prepare students for leadership positions in
Operations and Supply Chain Management. The MSM program also
prepares students for Doctoral study in this field.
The program is accredited by the
Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB),
and has received a special commendation for excellence from the South Carolina Commission for
Higher Education.

How to Apply?
New MSM students are typically admitted only in fall, although
exceptions may be made on an ad-hoc basis for spring semester entry.
The application must be made to the Clemson Graduate School.
The Graduate School now allows (and prefers) electronic submissions of
applications. Go to
www.grad.clemson.edu to access this feature. If you do not have
access to the Internet, you may receive a paper application by
contacting the Graduate School at
grdapp@clemson.edu.
The MSM program accepts both GRE and GMAT scores as part of the
application. In addition to materials required by the Graduate School,
the MSM program requires a short (no more than two pages long) essay
in English, giving the reasons for seeking the MSM degree from Clemson
University. Applications will not be processed until the essay is
received.
Application deadline for ALL applicants (from within the U.S.
and from overseas): Complete applications, including all
accompanying documents and test scores, must be received by March
15 for fall semester entry, or August 15 for spring semester
entry.
