This website is intended to provide faculty, staff and graduate students with information regarding computing and technical support for the College of Business and Behavioral Science.
The computer support staff is comprised of four, full-time computer consultants. For Fall '06 semester, we have four part-time student workers assisting the college consultants.
The primary function of CBBS computer support is to provide software, hardware and network support to all faculty, staff and graduate students using university owned equipment. Support is also provided for several departmental classroom computer labs.
Support is available through our web-based, help desk system called "TASK". Request for support should be submitted via the on-line Request Support link.
Our office is staffed from 7:30am til 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
The support staff is currently working on developing self-paced, online computer support training modules.
Our goal is to provide professional, prompt and knowledgeable technical support to all CBBS faculty and staff members. We strive to provide the highest quality technical support to enable members of the college to fulfill their role within the Clemson University community.
