The mission of the Academic Advising Center is to create and administer a network of high quality informational, guidance, and support services that facilitate the optimal intellectual and personal development of Clemson University students pursuing their educational goals through programs offered by the College of Business and Behavioral Science. The Center's mission reflects the core values of both Clemson University and the College of Business and Behavioral Science by providing a student-oriented infrastructure of services that foster enhanced student academic, scholarship, and leadership experiences.
Center for the Advancement of Marketing and Social Science (Website)
CAMSS is a market-based, customer-focused initiative. CAMSS seeks to connect undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, businesses and nonprofit organizations through a research focused approach to solving customer-defined problems. CAMSS provides unique educational experiences for students, contributes to the Clemson brand and creates meaningful outreach activities.
Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism (Website)
Founded in the fall of 2005 with a generous grant from the BB&T Charitable Foundation, the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism is dedicated to exploring the moral, legal, constitutional, political and economic foundations of capitalism. The Clemson Institute is particularly devoted to fostering a serious examination of a free society.
Manufacturing Management Lab (Website)
The mission of the Manufacturing Management Laboratory is accomplished through active learning involving modern principles of manufacturing management, leading-edge enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, team work, and leadership.
Renaissance Center in Downtown Greenville (Website)
In keeping with Clemson University’s core values and aspiration to be a Top-20 public university, the Clemson Renaissance Center in downtown Greenville — a unit of Clemson’s College of Business and Behavioral Science — will be the center for entrepreneurship, experience-based graduate education and a portal to the dynamic Greenville business community. The Center will enable graduate students and faculty to work directly with area firms, entrepreneurs and leaders in innovative ways that will both enrich and accelerate the learning experience of all.
Small Business Development Center (Website)
The Frank L. Roddey Small Business Development Center (SBDC) of South Carolina is a consortium of 4 universities which operate a state office and 15 regional/area centers located throughout the state. These centers offer a variety of services and management training courses tailored to meet the needs of small & medium-sized businesses. SBDC consultants at each site provide management and technical assistance to those wishing to start or expand an enterprise.
Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (Website)
