Mike
Cole joins the full-time faculty of the Management Department this
year after teaching as an adjunct for the last two semesters. Mike
lives in Greenville with his wife Deborah and son Matthew, a senior
at Christ Church School. Mike is a licensed psychologist having
received his Doctorate in Psychology from Georgia State University
in 1983, MA from Western Kentucky University and BA from St. Louis
U. From 1984 until 2000, he was co-owner of Behavior Resources, a
private practice and consulting firm in Greenville. In 2000, Mike
joined Ahold USA / BI-LO as HR Director. Since leaving BI-LO in
2007, he has been consulting for BMW Mfg. in the area of talent
development and management. Mike has numerous publications in
psychology and has published the Leadership Profile 360 with NCS.
