Tom Zagenczyk earned his Ph.D in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests include the employer-employee relationship, social influence processes in organizations, developmental relationships, and the relationship between IT and employee attitudes. Tom has taught undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Communications, and Management at Clemson University, West Virginia University, and the University of Pittsburgh. Tom enjoys golfing and fishing and watching college sports, as well as NFL football.
Dr. Zagenczyk was
awarded the 2008 Graduate Teaching Award for the College of
Business and Behavioral Science. |
