Dr. Robbins teaches courses in
organizational behavior and principles of management. Her
current research interests include organizational empowerment,
organizational justice in both employer-employee exchanges and
service firm-customer exchanges and the effect of justice on
feedback-seeking behavior. She has published articles in the
Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal
of Management, Organizational Development Journal, Journal
of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Occupational and
Organizational Psychology, Human Relations, Human Resource
Management Review, as well as
other journals in management, psychology and services management.
Professor Robbins is currently serving on the editorial review
boards for the Academy
of Management Journal and
the Journal of Managerial Issues. |
