Dr. Roth has taught classes in organizational behavior,
human resource management, research methods, and statistics. His research interests
include the employment interview, the economic impact of employment tests, and how to
handle missing data in statistical analyses. He has published articles in Personnel
Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal
of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Roth is the recipient of the 1996 Department of
Management Award for Scholarly Excellence, the 1996 College Award for
Outstanding Research, and the
1999 CBBS Senior Scholar Award for
Excellence in Research.
