Dr. Miller's teaching and research interests involve
management science modeling. Her recent work includes a data envelopment analysis of pay
equity in professional baseball that was published in the Academy of Management
Journal, and an assignment algorithm for scheduling medical residents to rotations
that was published in Operations Research. Dr. Miller has received several grants
from the Small Business Administration (SBA), and has supervised the work of several
student groups conducting SBA case analyses. |
