Dr. Richard Klein teaches courses on
business information management, electronic commerce, management of
information systems, as well as systems analysis and design. He
researches electronic business initiatives, intermediation, and
digitally-enabled supply chain management with an emphasis on the
healthcare industry. Dr. Richard Klein's research has been published in
top journals, including Decision Sciences, European Journal of
Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems,
MIS Quarterly, and Journal of Operations Management.
Further, he has presented his work at national and international
conferences, including the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management,
the Americas Conference on Information Systems, the European Conference
on Information Systems, and the Institute for Operations Research and
the Management Sciences Annual Meeting. Dr. Klein
also serves as an associate editor for European Journal of
Information Systems. |
