Yanfeng Zheng is an assistant professor at Clemson University.
He earned his Ph.D. in
management at University of Wisconsin Madison. His current
research
interests revolve around the nexus of strategy and
entrepreneurship.
Specifically, he studies how high-tech startups develop
capabilities
through organizational learning over time. His paper was
selected for
the Best Paper Proceedings by Academy of Management
Conference in 2004.
He was the recipient of the BKERC Irene M. McCarthy Award
for the best
paper on the topic of High Technology. |
