Dr.
Ellis has
taught courses in the areas of logistics, operations
management, and
information systems. His current research
interests focus on supply
management and the nature of purchasing’s involvement in
new product
development. His research articles have been
published or accepted
to be published in national conference
proceedings.
Prior to joining Clemson University, Dr. Ellis completed
his Ph.D.
studies at the University at Buffalo, where he was
awarded the
Joseph A. Alutto doctoral fellowship.
Additionally, Dr. Ellis
has 20 years of engineering experience in the automotive
