Dr. Springer teaches real estate classes at both the
undergraduate and graduate levels. He works closely with the Masters of
Real Estate Development program and the Center of Real Estate
Development, both of which are joint efforts between the College of
Business and Behavioral Science and the College of Architecture, Arts
and Humanities at Clemson University. Professor Springer also serves as
the Secretary of the American Real Estate Society which makes the
College of Business and Behavioral Science its home address. The
Society publishes five real estate journals: Journal of Real Estate
Research, Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management,
Journal
of Housing Research, Journal of Real Estate Literature, and
Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education.
