MSG Hundley enlisted as a Combat Engineer in the Texas Army National Guard
on 14 February 1990 and attended OSUT training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
He enlisted into active duty on 7 December 1992 and was assigned to C
Co, 4th En Bn at Fort Carson, Co.
Prior to his assignment as the Senior Military Instructor at Clemson University, MSG Hundley has served in the following duty assignment: track driver and team leader, C Co, 4th En Bn, Fort Carson, Co; team leader and squad leader, A Co 44th En Bn, Camp Howze, Korea; TAC operations sergeant and squad leader, HHC and B Co, 8th En Bn, Fort Hood, Tx; operations sergeant and platoon sergeant, B Co, 91st En Bn, Fort Hood, Tx; Senior Drill Sergeant, C Co 1-61 In Reg, Fort Jackson, SC; Drill Sergeant Leader and Senior Drill Sergeant Leader, United States Army Drill Sergeant School, Fort Jackson, SC. Platoon Sergeant and Operations Sergeant, C Co, 40th En Bn and 1SG HHC, 40th En Bn, Baumholder, Germany.
MSG Hundley has participated in numerous deployments including two deployments to Kuwait in support of Intrinsic Action; he also deployed to Bosnia in support of SFOR 5; In November 2005, he deployed to Kuwait with C Co 40th En Bn in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-07 until the unit was called forward to Ramadi in May 2006.
MSG Hundley has attended the Warrior Leader Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Drill Sergeant School Equal Opportunity Leaders Course and Combatives Train the Trainer course.
